PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filling device for filling pellet form dry ice efficiently with few failures and without stopping a container transferred by a conveyer and for filling the container with the dry ice in the amount most appropriate for the container. SOLUTION: This filling device for pellet form dry ice comprises a conveyer for transferring a container for dry ice to fill, a hopper mounted for filling the container transferred by the conveyer with the dry ice, a plurality of measuring devices mounted on a machine frame discharging the measured dry ice into the hopper through a discharging mechanism, a dry ice transferring device for transferring the dry ice stored in a stock tank to the measuring devices by a bucket conveyer and a control device for controlling the most appropriate supply amount of the dry ice to fill the container transferred by the conveyer while it is transferred by turning on and turning off the discharge mechanism of the measuring devices.
