<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio reproducing apparatus and an audio reproducing system capable of more properly reproducing a multi-channel audio signal adopting the radio communication technology utilizing, e.g. an FM wave or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The audio reproducing apparatus (100) includes at least: (i) a first audio generating means (signal processing section) for generating a first audio signal corresponding to one channel; (ii) a second audio generating means (signal processing section) for generating a second audio signal corresponding to the other channel; (iii) a first speaker (200C or the like) capable of outputting the first audio signal (SC or the like); (iv) a transmission means (106 or the like) for transmitting the second audio signal on a carrier with a prescribed frequency; (v) a reception means (100R or the like) for receiving the transmitted carrier and demodulating the second audio signal (SRa); and (vi) an acquisition means (111 or the like) for acquiring an output sound resulting from the second audio signal transmitted by the transmission means that is received and outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
