The dispenser for sections of a roll incorporates a sliding surface in the form of a dispenser roller (10) with a friction coating (2). The ends of the slide surface have a spiral guide (3) for a slide-piece (6) on which is linked a blade (12). A blade-lever (14) grips a return spring (15) in a link (11) connecting the blade to the slide (6). The back of the blade has a bolt fitting into a release-tie. The tie-piece is pivotally joined to the slide by a stay-bolt (44) and has stop-surface (17,82) forming a block together with the stop (18) on the end (43). |
