<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care system to allow to purchase a condominium with a nursing care facility at a low price, share a living space with all generations, receive nursing care any time, and live without anxiety in old age due to close contact with a hospital. <P>SOLUTION: A nursing care facility is disposed in a property of a condominium apartment in which elderly persons live, which is built in an unused property away from a station. The nursing care facility is provided with a space where condominium residents and school children communicate with each other by providing a nursery and/or a temporary day-care center for children, and a place for communication of residents in the same property.
