PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer plate and a heat exchanger using the same, capable of inhibiting progression of corrosion in a brazing filler metal layer itself and to a core material layer, achieving a good balance of brazing property and corrosion resistance, and composed of a thinnable sacrifice corrosion layer, the core material layer and the brazing filler metal layer. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger plate members 1, 12 provided with a number of projecting portions 2, 14 by press molding a plate material of a three-layered structure formed by cladding the brazing filler metal layer 1B on one face of the core material layer 1A of an aluminum material and the sacrifice corrosion layer 1C on the other face, are stacked in a state that the brazing filler metal layers and the sacrifice corrosion layers are alternately adjacent to each other, thus the heat exchanger having an external fluid passage and an internal fluid passage is formed.
