PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of surely and stably feeding a lubrication oil to the contact portions of a camshaft on intake and exhaust valves. SOLUTION: A first synthetic resin extension part is fixedly positioned on the inside of a cover body 14. A second synthetic resin extension part 28 is put on and welded to the first extension part 20. An oil flow path 40 is formed between these first and second extension parts 20, 28. A feed hole 44 for feeding the lubrication oil to the inside of the oil flow path 40 and a jetting hole 46 for jetting the lubrication oil to the contact portions of the camshaft 19 on the intake and exhaust valves 52, 54 are formed in at least either of the first extension part 20 and the second extension part 28.
