PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a stud to a steel frame existing building without requiring to remove an existing slab deck, easy in construction, and capable of eliminating welding work and ancillary work caused by this welding work. SOLUTION: Base plates 16a and 16b are integrally arranged in upper-lower end parts of the stud 14, and a plurality of reinforcing members 18 are interposed between upper-lower part flanges 12a and 12b of upper-lower beams 12. A tension material 20 is inserted into a hole part 17 of the upper end side baseplate 16b and a hole part 17 of the lower end side baseplate 16a of the stud 14 of the upper floor via a hole part bored in a slab 13, and is fixed by fixtures 21 and 22. The tension material 20 is inserted into the hole part 17 of the lower end side baseplate 16a and the holer part 17 of the upper end side baseplate 16b of the stud 14 of the lower floor via the hole part bored in the slab 13, and is fixed by the fixtures 21 and 22.
