发明名称 METHOD FOR CONDENSING LATEX THROUGH CENTRIFUGATION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deproteinized, condensed latex through a centrifugal method, with a reduced amount of wastewater deriving from a deproteinization treatment and without emitting ammonia odor. SOLUTION: In the condensation method, within 3 hr after collecting a field latex, KOH is added to the field latex to adjust its pH to≥12. Then, dibasic ammonium phosphate, an anionic surfactant, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and polyethylene glycol are further added to the latex, which is subsequently condensed to achieve a rubber particle content of≥60 wt.% and deproteinized through the centrifugal method. The KOH concentration in the condensed latex is kept at 0.2-0.3 wt.%. The first-step centrifuged latex, which has been treated once, is diluted with a KOH water solution to achieve a dry latex solid content of 26 wt.%, and dibasic ammonium phosphate etc. are added again to condense the latex through the centrifugal method. The potassium hydroxide concentration in the second-step centrifuged latex is kept at 0.2-0.3 wt.%.
