PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably apply transdermal patch to the affected part difficult to reach with simple work without unnecessarily cost rise. SOLUTION: The transdermal patch 10 composes the patch main body 14 having the adhesive face 12 to be applied to the affected part and the liner part 16 covering the adhesive face 12 of the main body 14 of the patch. The liner 16 is equipped with a plurality of liners 16A and 16B, which are pulled in the opposite direction to each other, parting from the patch main body, these plurality of liners 18A and 18B have each a natural length longer than that of the main body of the patch, folded each into a pleated shape and laminated on the patch main body 14.
