PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blank sheet for packaging which consists of a sheet of a blank sheet, can cover a content from left, right, front and back, whose front and back lid pieces have the same size to suppress waste of the material as small as possible. SOLUTION: The blank sheet for packaging has a connecting piece connected to a short side of a rectangular bottom plate through a folding line n, an oblong middle bottom piece connected to this connecting piece through a folding line o, a front lid piece and a back lid piece respectively connected to folding lines q and r, and the connecting piece is composed of a rectangular site and a triangular site. The middle bottom piece and the connecting piece are connected through only the folding line o extending in the direction of forming 45°to the short side of the bottom plate using a top A of the rectangular site as a starting point. The length g from the top A to the bottom plate and the length e1 from the top A to the side end part of the middle bottom piece is made 1/2 of a difference between the length f of the long side of the bottom plate and the length a of the short side.
