PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair with turning arms which enables a care giver to smoothly move the wheelchair in which a care-receiver is seated, even in the case of moving up or down a slope or even at an uneven place such as a gravel road. SOLUTION: Mounting substrates 37 are provided on both sides of a wheelchair body 12 constituting the wheelchair 10 with the turning arms, and rotating arm mounting boards 40 are mounted to the mounting substrates 37. Turning arm mounting pins 46 and turning arm locking levers 48 are mounted to the turning arm mounting board 40, and turning arm housing notches 52 are formed at the turning arm locking levers 48.
