PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing tool which stably maintains the cylindrical initial shape when manufacturing, and does not become loose even after use for a long period, for a washing tool being constituted of a metal coil which is formed by winding a metal wire into a spiral shape. SOLUTION: A first metal coil 3a is wound into a spiral shape in a manner to go around one virtual cylindrical surface, and a second metal coil 3b is wound into a spiral shape on the outer peripheral side of the first metal coil 3a under a state of crossing the first metal coil 3a at a specified crossing angle. Then, the first metal coil 3a and the second metal coil 3b are engaged with each other at each crossing section. The crossing angle can be a right angle or an angle other than the right angle.
