<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant temperature water supplying system capable of reducing electric power necessary for controlling water at a predetermined temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The constant temperature water supplying system is provided with a water supply path 120 for supplying water to a plant facility 110, a constant temperature water supplying device 130 controlling the water supplied via the water supply path 120 at the predetermined temperature, a machining device 150 machining an object to be machined by using the water of the predetermined temperature supplied from the constant temperature water supplying device 130, and a drain path 160 for draining the water used in the machining device 150. The water supply path 120 and the drain path 160 are provided in adjacently arranged places, and a heat exchange device 170 is provided for carrying out mutual heat exchange between the water flowing through the water supply path 120 and the water flowing through the drain path 160.
