PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient fixing performance in flexible response to a color processing mode and a monochrome processing mode which are different in processing speed. SOLUTION: A pressure mechanism section 100 is provided with: a pressure-variable link body 101 provided to be movable in a horizontal direction R along the top end portion 201a of a device frame 201; a drive shaft 131 having an eccentric circular cam 133 for moving the pressure-variable link body 101 in a front and rear direction R; a shaft holder 151 provided to be rotatable linked with the pressure-variable link body 101; and a coil spring 171 for energizing the shaft holder 151 in one direction R1 along the top end portion 201a of the device frame 201. A rotation operation for making a pressure roller 3b close to and away from a heat roller 3a is performed so as to obtain a low pressure in the color processing mode and a high pressure in the monochrome processing mode.
