PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of easily carrying out automatic cleaning of a filter device by a simple composition, and not needing maintenance work throughout a long period of time in regard to an air cleaner also. SOLUTION: The air conditioner provided with an indoor unit is provided with a filter frame 1, an air filter 2 supported by the filter frame 1 in a fixed state, and removing dust of air passing through a heat exchanger, and a first suction nozzle 3 freely sliding along a surface of the air filter 2.
