PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar with a rubber bushing capable of enhancing work efficiency of a mounting work to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: The bar with the rubber bushing comprises the bar 1, the rubber bushing 2, a first clamp 11 and a second clamp 21. A pair of first bolt insertion holes 14 is formed on a pair of first mounting flanges 13 of the first clamp 11 and a pair of second bolt insertion hole 24 is formed on a pair of second mounting flanges 23 of the second clamp 21. An outer peripheral surface 15G of a first division rubber bushing 15 is vulcanization-adhered to an inner peripheral surface 12N of a first rubber bushing receiver 12 and an outer peripheral surface 25G of a second division rubber bushing 25 is vulcanization-adhered to an inner peripheral surface 22N of a second rubber bushing receiver 22.
