PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator that can easily be mounted on a board in a strong and proper state by reflow processing and an oscillator provided with the piezoelectric vibrator, a radio clock, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator includes: a sealed container 3 formed by overlapping and joining a plate shaped cover member 6 and a base member 7 in the thickness direction; a piezoelectric vibrator piece provided in the sealed container 3; and external terminals 20 provided to a bottom part of the base member 7 and connected to the piezoelectric vibrator piece to apply a voltage to the piezoelectric vibrator piece, an irregular part 19 is formed to at least a part of the bottom part of the base member 7 to which the external terminal 20 is located and each of the external terminals 20 is provided to each of the irregular parts 19 in its wake.
