PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk player capable of simultaneously outputting audio data subjected to edit processing, while outputting audio data of one piece of music with an original sound as the musical sound, in which a specified rhythm is maintained without requiring two optical disks and two optical disk players. SOLUTION: The player is equipped with: a playback processing section for playing back the audio data of L/R channels recorded on the optical disk; a conversion section for down mixing the audio data of the L/R channels and outputting them as the first and second audio data; an edit processing section for editing the first and second audio data output by the conversion section; an operation instructing section for instructing so as to individually edit respectively the first and second audio data; and a control section for individually editing respectively the first and second audio data in accordance with the instruction of the operation instructing section and for controlling so as to output respectively to output terminals of the L/R channels.
