PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite textured yarn capable of providing a fabric product excellent in lightweight property, hygroscopic property, water absorption property and dimensional stability, having soft refreshing feeling and free from skitteriness and moire feeling and capable of being widely utilized for innerwear, spootswear, etc. SOLUTION: The composite textured yarn is obtained by arranging a polyamide multifilament and a polypropylene multifilament in core-sheath type. In the composite textured yarn, conjugate ratio of the polyamide multifilament is 10 wt.%-70 wt.% and the polyamide multifilament contains 3-15 wt.% polyvinylpyrrolidone based on a polyamide.
