PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid type adhesive composition which can be coated without using an organic solvent and water and has excellent adhesive force and excellent holding force, and does especially not deteriorate the adhesive force at a low temperature, even when the thickness of an adhesive is reduced, and to provide an adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: This cross-linked solid type adhesive composition comprises at least (a) a rubbery polymer, (b) a tackifier, and (c) a cross-linking agent containing at least one selected from thiuram vulcanizing agents, quinoid vulcanizing agents, quinone dioxime vulcanizing agents, and maleimide vulcanizing agents. A sheet-like, tape-like or film-like adhesive sheet is obtained by disposing the above-mentioned cross-liked solid type adhesive composition as an adhesive layer to a substrate.
