PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that much time and troublesome operations for taking in/out the file are attended with any one of conventional types of files, for example, a type of file which makes a document bound to a binder by piercing a hole in the document, a filing collective type file which makes the document filed by being inserted into a thin vinyl bag shape, a file-case type (single-piece type) in which a part aligned with the binder is protruded, in which a hole for the binder is pierced in the part and which makes a file case itself bound by opening a clamp of the binder, or a type of file which makes some files managed by being put in a paper or plastic case. SOLUTION: The binding of the auxiliary holder for the file facilitates detachment because only the operations of setting the conventionally bound document in the file case (the single piece type) and sandwiching it in the auxiliary holder for the file are required.
