Pneumatic brake booster has booster casing. Several connecting channels (52) are formed between first working chamber (15) and second working chambers (17) of casing half-shells (3,4) for equalization of pressure. Inner space of casing half-shells is divided into first and second booster space (6,7) by a partition wall (5). Connecting channels are formed in one or more separate components (53), which are arranged in connection area of both the casing half-shells.
