The arrangement has a cylindrical inner part (11) made from metal, an inner thick-walled metal tube, and a rubber metal sleeve (10) comprising a longitudinal gap (16) opened at the outer circumference. The gap has a step (20) in an outer tube (15) and a rubber layer (13), such that distance between ends of the outer tube (15) is larger than the opening breadth at the beginning of a longitudinal slit in the rubber layer (13). The longitudinal gap cooperates with a fitting key that is arranged in a retaining lug, in a torque-proof manner in a pressed condition of the sleeve.
