The method involves making a monolithic wall or ceiling component (3) from concrete, where the wall or ceiling component is equipped with a tube register (2) for tempering of a room and through which fluid flows. The wall or ceiling component is equipped with an absorption unit (7) that integrates with nearby surfaces, and leads in sound-absorption and thermally good manner. The absorption unit is inserted into a casting mold during manufacturing of the absorption unit. An independent claim is also included for a sound-absorption concrete component that monolithically seals an absorption unit.
