<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an incoming call connection time for a cordless slave unit placed on a master unit when the cordless slave unit is lifted up from the master unit. <P>SOLUTION: When an incoming call arrives in a state of the cordless slave unit 1 being placed on a charger 3, the master unit 2 uses the charger 3 to produce a signal, the master unit 2 starts wireless connection to the slave unit 1 via a terminal section 4, only the terminal section 4 used for charging up the slave unit 1 detects that the slave unit 1 is lifted up from the master unit 2 and the slave unit immediately becomes ready to start a speech. Since the slave unit 1 does not have to receive and monitor a wireless particular channel (control channel) through which an incoming call instruction comes from the master unit 2 at all times, and the power consumption is saved, the incoming call connection time reduction function without increasing the power consumption is characteristically provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
