<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably retain a rotor shaft and to uniformly distribute a transmission drive force to each planetary roller in a linear motion actuator for converting the rotation motion of the rotor shaft to the linear motion of the planetary roller by revolving the planetary roller while rotating the planetary roller between the rotor shaft of an electric motor and an outer ring member. <P>SOLUTION: By making the number of the planetary rollers 4 interposed between the outer diameter surface of the rotor shaft 2a of the electric motor 2 and the inner diameter surface of the outer ring member 3 to three, the rotor shaft 2a is stably retained to a center of revolution of the three planetary rollers 4. Further, margins of the respective planetary rollers 4 are naturally made uniform even if a dimension error exists between the planetary rollers 4, and the transmission drive force can be uniformly distributed to each planetary roller 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
