<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program execution apparatus, its control method, and a program enabling a user to perform operation reliably to a modal dialog panel generated originally not via a screen management processing part and capable of preventing a system from entering a state as if it is hung up because the modal dialog panel cannot be operated by the user. <P>SOLUTION: In the program execution apparatus 101, it is decided by a generation method decision means 209 that the modal dialog panel is originally generated regardless of control over the screen management processing part 203.
