PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking device capable of surely preventing a picking error while storing many kinds of storage objects in a limited arranging space. SOLUTION: This picking device has a storage shelf 4 and a storage case 6 drawably stored in the storage shelf 4. An inside case 26 having a plurality of storage spaces 28a to 28e and a belt member 32 movably arranged around the inside case 26, are arranged inside the storage case 6. When selecting a specific storage space 28c among the plurality of storage spaces 28a to 28e, the belt member 32 is relatively moved by a predetermined quantity with respect to the storage case 6, and thereby, a picking opening 40 of the belt member 32 is oppositely positioned to the specific storage space 28c, and residual storage spaces 28a, 28b, 28d and 28e are covered with the belt member 32.
