发明名称 ALLOY STEEL FOR POWDER METALLURGY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alloy steel powder for powder metallurgy whose facial pressure fatigue strength can be increased even by sintering at relatively low temperature while highly maintaining the density of a sintered compact (i.e., the compressibility of the alloy steel powder). SOLUTION: The alloy steel powder for powder metallurgy is obtained by being stuck with powder comprising iron based powder in which, by mass, 0.2 to <2.0% Mo is prealloyed. The iron based powder has a high concentration part of an alloy element(s) Y at the surface layer part, and, the concentration in the high concentration part of the alloy element(s) satisfies≥2% Mo, and also one or more selected from, by mass,≥1% Al,≥2% Si,≥0.5% P,≥0.5% Ti,≥2% V,≥13% Cr,≥7% Zn,≥2% Sn and≥5% W.
