The swiveling connecting device (10) has a roller (20) coupled to a cover (30) which can be turned. The roller turns provides rotating motion of the article. A friction element is provided which contacts a surface of the roller and which moves the article to a first position. A flexible element having an end which is coupled to the friction element, and another end is coupled to fixed position. The flexible element is deformed, in order to adjust the friction between the roller and the friction element, if the article is moved into the first position.
