METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FUNCTIONAL PILLOW-COVER USING NATURAL MATERIAL

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a functional pillow-cover containing effective ingredients contained onion and persimmon leaf for the inducement of a sound sleep, improvement in blood circulation, deodorization, sterilization and the like. Permission leaf sap is extracted, and onion is crushed to obtain onion juice. Thereafter, the permission leaf sap is impregnated into the pillow-cover, and the impregnated pillow-cover is first dried. The obtained onion juice is coated on the dried pillow-cover and then the pillow-cover coated with the onion juice is pressed for 7 hours to 9 hours in a temperature range of 60 - 80 0C by a press such that the onion juice is solidified in the pillow-cover. Thereafter, the pillow-cover is secondly dried to manufacture a functional pillow-cover using natural materials. The use of the pillow with the effective components contained in the persimmon and onion accelerates the blood circulation and metabolism during sleeping, thus eliminating insomnia and inducing deep sleeping. Also, the use of the pillow shows superior anti-bacterial force, deodorizing force, and antioxidation effect and relieves symptoms such as headache, high blood pressure, etc.
