<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently back up content data and right data. <P>SOLUTION: When a DCF container containing encrypted content data and a right object described regarding a right to decrypt the content data is to be stored in an external media card 5, a management information creation part 15 creates management information which describes correspondence relation between the DCF container and the right object.
