PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger composed by bonding respective thin plates to one another well in forming a plurality of fine flow channels by stacking the thin plates; to provide a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger; and to provide a liquid cooling system, a light source device, a projector, an electronic device unit and an electronic apparatus.

SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a heat exchanger 10 having a plurality of fine flow channels 11 includes processes of: forming a plurality of thin plate members 1a-1d into a predetermined shape; and laminating the plurality of thin plate members 1a-1d and bonding them to one another by diffusion bonding.
