<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing soybean curd notifying occurrence of abnormality in power distribution to the outside without delay when the abnormality in power distribution occurs on a heating means. <P>SOLUTION: The device for producing soybean curd is provided with a current transformer 110 detecting electric current between a pair of electrodes 2, a control part 190 controlling the electric current between the respective electrodes 2 based on the electric current detected by the current transformer 110, and an alarm output part 170 outputting alarm when reduced current larger than a threshold level 185 is detected by the current transformer 110 when the control part 190 sends off alarm to a main switching part 130, so as to notify occurrence of the abnormality in power distribution to the outside without delay. With the device, a user can recognize the occurrence of the abnormality in power distribution in a short time so as to prevent production of soybean curd unfavorable in quality and prevent such failure as to produce no soybean curd even after long time passed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
