PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To harmonize communication reliability with flexibility in connection permission in broadband communication using a wireless LAN or the like. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle communication part 12 includes a WLAN communication part 22 and a DSRC communication part 26, while a parking lot side communication apparatus 50 includes a WLAN access point 52, a DSRC gate 54, and a management server 56. The DSRC communication part 26 transmits a MAC address of the WLAN communication part 22 as well to the DSRC gate 54 when requesting authentication by transmitting specified authentication information to the DSRC gate 54. The WLAN access point 52 receives the MAC address via management server 56 and adds it to a reference list. Furthermore, the WLAN access point 52 permits connection to the WLAN communication part 22 indicating the MAC address in the reference list. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
