PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make even a bound stopper exert a damping function when fine amplitude of vibration is inputted from a wheel side at the time of running of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The bound stopper 1 axially is arranged on a side lower than a strut mount 2 having: an inner member 3 assembled with a cylinder rod 61 of a shock absorber 6; an outer member 4 assembled with a car body while it is concentric with the inner member 3 and is arranged at an outer periphery; and a rubbery elastomer 5 joined with both members 3 and 4. An axial lower end 11 of the bound stopper 1 is seated on a cylinder body 62 of the shock absorber 6, and an inner periphery 13 slid with the cylinder rod 61 is formed so that an axial upper end 12 is opposed to a flange 32 of the inner member 3 in a certain distant state.
