PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple apparatus for measuring the shaking of a building, bridge, tower, tree, or the like caused by an earthquake and wind with high precision. SOLUTION: A receiving antenna of a single positioning type satellite positioning apparatus is fixed to an object under measurement. The three-dimensional shaking speed of the receiving antenna is measured. Using the speed data, the three-dimensional shaking displacement, period, amplitude, direction, shaking energy, or the like of the object are calculated, and the calculation results are output.
