PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thin-layer chromatography for detecting Kryptofixes 2. 2. 2 capable of obtaining the stability of quality. SOLUTION: The thin-layer chromatography is constituted by immersing a thin layer plate coated with a silica gel in a use liquid, which is prepared by adding one pts.mass or below (1% or below) of hydrochloric acid to 100 pts.mass of a raw liquid prepared by mixing a platinum chloride solution and a potassium iodide solution. The liberation of iodine ions from the coated platinum iodide complex is considered as the fading cause of the surface of the thin-layer chromatography. The liberation of iodine from the platinum iodide complex can be delayed by setting the concentration of added concentrated hydrochloric acid to 1% or below. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
