PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having drawout mechanisms for an upper and a lower case fitted in a drawout door, capable of decreasing the components of the upper case drawout mechanism, reducing the cost, improving the storage capacity of the upper case, and also improving the easiness in performing the drawout operation. SOLUTION: The refrigerator has a body, a door part of drawout type installed on the body, having the upper and the lower case, and partitioned from the outside by the drawout door, and a grip having an opening installed at the upper case and arranged as stored in a recess provided on the inside of the door part in the condition that the door part is shut.
