PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fabricating a dye laser medium for a laser oscillation in which a volume is large enough to increase an output, and which can be fabricated and built into a form having been suitable for various laser devices, and to provide a solid dye laser oscillator using the dye laser medium. SOLUTION: A liquid coloring dye is mixed in a curable resin liquid, a mixed liquor 2 is slushed into a medium 1, and a dye laser medium 3 is produced by solidifying. A mixed liquor mixing a coloring dye with the curable resin liquid is filled up in the inside of the medium of a transparent resin, such as a transparent acrylic resin which is processed in a desired form or glass, the dye laser medium 3 is produced which is cured, unified and integrated to various forms.
