PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor capable of preventing corrosion of a metal electrode portion due to a corrosive substance contained in a filling resin in the inside of a resin case; in the capacitor consisting of a capacitor element, a resin case having an opening, and the filling resin for filling a gap between the capacitor element and the resin case. SOLUTION: The capacitor consists of the capacitor element 1 provided with leading-out electrodes terminal 3 on both end surfaces of a laminate 2 made of a dielectric and a metal electrode, the resin case 7 for housing the capacitor element 1 and having an opening, and the filling resin 8 for filling the gap between the capacitor element 1 and the resin case 7.
