PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dielectric paste for a plasma display panel by which a dielectric layer having an excellent surface condition can be constantly formed. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of dielectric paste for a plasma display panel includes a process of making glass powder and paste, and a humidity in the process of making the paste is controlled to be 60% or lower.
