PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella bag storing container for storing an umbrella bag made of a soft synthetic resin film such as vinyl so as to be portable and convenient to use. SOLUTION: The umbrella bag is stored in the container by flattening the umbrella bag made of a soft film, rolling the umbrella bag in the length direction of the umbrella bag so as to be wound around a core body, and storing the rolled umbrella back in a sheath body having a bottomed cylindrical shape. When the umbrella bag is used, the core body with the umbrella bag is taken out from or kept in the sheath body, and the umbrella bag is unrolled from the core body and taken out from the container.
