PERVASIVE INTERACTIVE PROGRAMMING SYSTEM

A pervasive control device is disclosed enabling a user to control a range of, for example, household products through a network linkage. The particular task carried out by the products is determined by preset parameters governing the initial condition and the final state of the product. Input of the controls and the applications is achieved through a Graphic User Interface (GUI) or can be through a keyboard or voice control. A series of checks is run by the device to ensure that redundant or contradictory applications are not held or used.
