POWER SYSTEM

The inventive power system comprises an air ducts (1) provided with a blade-type rotor (5), which is arranged therein and mechanically connected to the shaft (3) of a generator (2), and a heater (8) which is electrically connected to the generator (2) output. The air duct (1) can be incorporated into a structure (11) or arranged outside thereof. The air duct (1) can be located between two parts of the double wall (16, 17) of the structure (11) and in the room thereof. The electric heaters (8) can be mounted directly on the blades (5) of the blade-type rotor or said blades can be embodied in the form of the electric heater (8). The electric heaters (8) located outside of the air duct (1) warm the structure (11) rooms independently of the temperature of air in the air duct (1). A hose pipe is used as an intermediate member between the air duct case and an air balloon and is embodied in the form of the part of said air duct.
