<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a container concerning information processing for acquiring content from a database, and for determining the layout of the content, and to determine the layout of content based on the selected container and a correlation table defining the layout of the container. <P>SOLUTION: A layout compilation application 121 generates screen information by acquiring content from a database 119.
