PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of power generation by improving the circularity of a cup-shaped flywheel, and equalizing the quantity of an air gap between a permanent magnet and a stator thereby enabling the reduction of the quantity of an air gap as a result. SOLUTION: In this permanent-magnet generator which generates electricity by the electromagnetic induction between the permanent magnet and a generating coil by the rotation of the flywheel 3, a plurality of press-processed parts 11, which compulsively enhance the circularity of the flywheel 3, are formed at the bottom 6 of the flywheel 3 by press processing.
