<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed aggregate, which is prepared by mixing an aggregate of waste concrete obtained from crushing waste concrete with an aggregate of a virgin material and then grinding the mixture, and which can greatly reduces absorptivity compared to the case of a conventional reproduction aggregate of waste concrete using waste concrete alone as a raw material and decreases the water content per unit volume of concrete when used as an aggregate for concrete. <P>SOLUTION: The aggregate is prepared by grinding-processing 4, for once or a plurality of times, a raw material mixture 3 which is the mixture of waste concrete as an aggregate 1 obtained by crushing waste concrete 11 and virgin material as an aggregate 2.
