PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper for a vehicle, provided with a means to feed washing liquid to a subject surface to be wiped, in which a wiper arm is installed on the feed means to simplify wiper blade replacement work, while stabilizing reach of the washing liquid from the means to the subject surface. SOLUTION: An installation member 42 of a washer nozzle 41 is installed on the wiper arm, and a nozzle member 43 to feed the washing liquid to the subject surface is supported to be rotatable to the installation member 42. The nozzle member 43 is locked as a lock piece 43c is placed on an upper surface of the wiper blade (cover member), and rotated to the installation member 42 to follow rotation of the wiper blade.
