PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pack discharged grains in a bag or the like by discharging any grains in an external certain discharging position on the ground when the grains merely performing rice cleaning treatment, or performing the rice cleaning treatment and rice polishing treatment are discharged outside a rice mill, in the rice mill capable of performing the rice cleaning treatment using a rice milling device, or performing the rice cleaning treatment and the rice polishing treatment continuously using the rice milling device and a rice polishing device to discharge rice outside the rice mill. SOLUTION: The rice mill comprises providing the pre-process of the rice milling device S with a raw material introduction tank 5 for introducing the grains and grain carrier means for carrying the introduced grains, and also the post-process of the rice milling device S with the rice polishing device K, wherein the rice polishing device K is arranged below the rice milling device S and wherein a polished rice discharge port of the rice polishing device K is provided in a higher position than that of a polished rice supply port.
